Despite doctors’ grim prognosis, predicting she wouldn’t survive beyond three years, Anu embarked on a long journey of self-healing. This experience rejuvenated her mind, making her feel mentally younger and more vibrant than ever before. She mentions losing all memories of her life before the accident, marking 1999 as the beginning of a new chapter in her life.
While sharing about the help she received from the film fraternity, the actress mentioned that she was completely away from the world for years. She didn’t feel connected but thanked everyone from the industry as they contributed to her recovery.
