Nia Sharma shared a short clip on her Instagram handle that showcased some behind the scenes from the shoot in Rajasthan.
Nia Sharma is set to return with a supernatural TV show titled Suhaagan Chudail. As suggested by the name, the show is expected to centre on a witch and her quest for love. Nia will be playing the protagonist. The actress recently talked up about her difficult experience while filming her forthcoming show. The fantasy-thriller-romance forced her to perform in challenging settings, particularly in Rajasthan’s blistering heat.

The shot took place in the middle of sand dunes, with temperatures reaching an astounding 50 degrees Celsius. Despite the stifling heat, Nia Sharma stayed determined to give her best. In the caption, she wrote, “When you have to face the heat.. do it like it’s no big deal until it is… I was brown up until this Rajasthan outdoor.. 50 shades darker now. This ride of suhagan chudail is bumpy and thrilling… “
Speaking about the shoot, the actress stated, “Rajasthan’s beauty always sweeps me off my feet. The flavourful food, stunning architecture, and relentless 50-degree temperature were constant during our shoot,” as quoted by India Forums. She stated that her team’s assistance was critical during these difficult situations. She further stated that it’s the love of viewers that drives her to outdo herself and it makes overcoming these challenges worth it. She thanked them for showing such tremendous excitement for the new show and expressed how excited she was to show her fans the work they have done in Rajasthan.
Earlier, the actress took to Instagram to post pictures from the first day of shooting for Suhaagan Chudail. The first video depicted Nia performing a pooja on the sets of the auspicious festival of Ram Navami.
The show will start airing on Colours TV from May 27 at 10:30pm. The show, which stars Nia Sharma, promises to be a compelling blend of fantasy, suspense, and romance. Nia Sharma rose to prominence with her role in the popular daily serial Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai. Later, she appeared in several other shows, including Jamai Raja, Ishq Mei Marjaawan, and Naagin 4. She also appeared on reality series like Khatron Ke Khiladi and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. Her involvement with the upcoming show represents her second appearance in the supernatural genre, following Naagin.
