Sony Entertainment Television recently announced the release of its upcoming fiction series Jubilee Talkies—Shohrat.Shiddat.Mohabbat. This romantic and intense story traces the adventures of star Ayaan Grover, who has an unrivalled fan base and Shivangi Sawant, a modest girl from a small Maharashtra town. Actor Abhishek Bajaj is now set to play Ayaan Grover.
Speaking to Times Of India, Abhishek Bajaj expressed his delight over the role and said he is “really excited” about bringing Ayaan Grover to life on screen. He said, “I’m really excited to bring ‘Ayaan Grover’ to life on-screen. A superstar who has risen through the ranks in Bollywood with his charismatic personality, he is a complex individual grappling with his own insecurities and familial burdens. His story is so intriguing and I can’t wait for viewers to come along for the ride. I hope audiences will connect with Ayaan and his struggles, and I’m excited to share his story with the world.”
As all of this is going on, Shivangi, the female lead, is driven by her intense passion to follow her father’s ambition of turning their treasured Sangam Cinema back into its former splendour. She is hoping that one superhit by Ayaan Grover would enable her to make this happen.
