Alia Bhatt recently shared her excitement about meeting her little one, Raha, after returning home from her busy shooting schedules. The actress, who is thoroughly enjoying motherhood, shared that she has reached a point in her life where she has started creating her own stories to tell Raha during their storytelling times.
In the latest episode of her chat show Spill The Beans, she discussed the major takeaways from her parenting journey and the lessons she’s learned, alongside a group of mothers like herself. Alia revealed that she has started making up stories to entertain Raha during their playtime. The stories often include her husband, actor Ranbir Kapoor, and her sister, Shaheen Bhatt. “I am in that phase right now where I make up stories for Raha. Suddenly, she’ll be like, ‘Mumma, tell me papa’s story.’ Then I’ll make up a story about Ranbir. Then she’ll be like, ‘Tell me Tanna’s story’—she calls my sister (Shaheen Bhatt) Tanna.”
Alia Bhatt says she envies her husband Ranbir Kapoor because of his ‘saint-like mind’
The Student of the Year actress shared that she is becoming very creative for her daughter. “I’m also saying random, very magical things, and then she immediately moves on, in two lines, to another story. It feels quite special to even be a storyteller for your child.”
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor got married on April 14, 2022, and welcomed their little one, Raha, on November 6 of the same year.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt was last seen in the Vasan Bala directorial venture Jigra alongside Vedang Raina. The movie, backed by Karan Johar, did not perform well at the box office, leading the filmmaker to deactivate his Twitter account following online negativity. He later declared himself responsible for the film’s failure and did not want anyone to blame Alia or Vedang for the loss.
