Aly Goni’s brother, Arslan Goni has also dropped a moving note in the memory of their “phuphubaba”.
Aly Goni’s uncle Farooq Ahmed Khan has passed away. The actor has shared the heartbreaking news on Instagram Stories. Sharing a picture of his uncle, Aly said, “We regret to inform the sad demise of our beloved Farooq Ahmed Khan, son of late Abdul Aziz Khan on August 19, 2024. Please remember him in your prayers.” Aly is in Jammu with his family and relatives.
Aly Goni’s brother, Arslan Goni has also dropped a moving note in the memory of their “phuphubaba”. Arslan has also shared a couple of pictures featuring himself, Farooq Ahmed Khan and his father Amjad Goni. He wrote, “With a lot of sadness and heavy heart we have to let you go. It was so sudden and so like you never troubling anyone just doing your thing. And you did it again but this time with all of us broken hearted. I pray to god for your place in jannah. I will miss you phuphubaba and also my friend. Will miss you. Rest in peace.”
The shocking news came days after it was reported that Aly Goni would skip the upcoming episode of the reality show Laughter Chefs: Entertainment Unlimited due to a family emergency. As soon as the news went online, fans raised concerns regarding the actor’s health.
Later, Aly Goni informed his fans that he was “perfectly fine.” In a note released on Instagram Stories, Aly said, “Hi guys, so many messages asking why I am not there on the Laughter Chef shoot… I’m perfectly fine. Thank you… had to leave for Jammu for some family emergency… Will be back on set next week.”
Laughter Chefs: Unlimited Entertainment, the comedy reality show has been captivating the audiences with its unique format ever since its premiere. To fill up Aly Goni’s place, the makers have roped in social media influencer Faisal Shaikh aka Mr Faisu.
Several pictures and videos of Faisal from the sets of Laughter Chefs have surfaced on social media. In the pics, he could be seen posing with Vicky Jain in traditional Indian ensembles. When asked about the influencer’s involvement in the show, Vicky shared that Aly would not be there, so Faisu was brought in. To this, Faisal replied, “Halke mein mat lo merko. (Don’t take me lightly).”
Krushna Abhishek, Sudesh Lehri, Ankita Lokhande, Nia Sharma, Kashmera Shah, Arjun Bijlani, Rahul Vaidya, Jannat Zubair, Reem Shaikh and Karan Kundrra are also part of the show.
