‘Saroj Khan Was Fed Up With Me Because…’: Madhuri Dixit’s Legacy — Ram Lakhan To Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3
Between the three films, given the scale and size it was sure that Singham and Bhool Bhulaiyaa would be having a great weekend compared to a small Tamil film. But it is in the second and third week that the battle between them has gotten even more fierce. In the second weekend, Bhool Bhuliayaa 3 came on the top with the best performance of Rs 57.85 crore and second was Amaran with Rs 57.15 crore and Singham Again with Rs 47.15 crore.
And in the third weekend, the scales have changed. Amaran, which was in the second position in the second week has come out as highest grosser of the weekend with Rs 17.75 crore , with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 on second with Rs 15.15 crore and Singham Again at third with Rs 10.25 crore. And their total collection now stands at Rs 189.95 crore,Rs 231.40 crore and Rs 230.75 crore respectively as per Sacnilk.
One can notice that since the second week, Singham Again has been losing momentum with each passing day and that momentum is being shifted to Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. In the first week, the screens were divided in 60:40 ratio with Singham’s installment having the upper hand. But this week one can easily say that the ratio has now turned on its head.
The real test for all the films will begin with the release of Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’. The trailer of the film was released with a lot of fanfare in Patna on Sunday and has also received a lot of love on social media. The film is releasing on 5th December.
