Years later, Nina (played by Hayek) encounters Tito (played by Bichir) at a newsstand, and the two sit down for a meal to confront their shared past.
During the TIFF Tribute Awards, Salma Hayek praised Angelina Jolie’s directing, saying that she was “the best actor-director” she had ever worked with.
