Anil Mehta’s death has left the Arora family in deep mourning.He reportedly died by suicide, leaving the family shocked and heartbroken. According to reports, he jumped from the balcony of the 6th floor, an incident confirmed by Mumbai Police. Arjun, who has often spoken about his close relationship with Malaika and her loved ones, immediately rushed to be by her side after hearing the tragic news. He was also seen comforting and escorting Malaika to her car as she was unconsolable amid the challenging times.
Throughout the day, many well-wishers, including family and friends from the film industry, visited the Arora family to offer condolences. Malaika’s ex-husband Arbaaz was the first one to arrive to support the family, as at the time of the incident the actress was not in the city. Further, Salim Khan, Sohail Khan, Kareen Kapoor Khan, and many other notable figures maintained a low profile as they arrived to be with the family. Today for the rites as well, celebs avoided interactions with the press out of respect for the family’s privacy during their time of mourning.
The last rites ceremony is being attended by close family members and friends, with Malaika’s sister, Amrita Arora, also present to pay her respects. Other close acquaintances from the film industry have joined in to offer their support to the grieving family.
