The backlash and speculation over possible cosmetic procedures prompted her to temporarily step away from social media.However, the ‘Wanted’ actress has now returned to Instagram with a subtle dig at her trolls.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Ayesha shared a boomerang video of herself wearing a black tee and jeans, captioning it, “very demure, very mindful.” In another story, she posted a quote that read, “Did you notice how I just didn’t respond? Very mind, very cutesy, very demure.”

Earlier this year, when the actress faced criticism for her altered appearance during public outings, she responded with a cryptic message that read, “You can’t control how people perceive your energy.
