The horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, directed by Aneez Bazmee, has achieved impressive box office success, earning Rs 188 crore worldwide by Monday, November 4. The cast and crew are thrilled with these numbers and are preparing for a celebration party to mark the film’s success.
According to Sacnilk.com, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has grossed Rs 148.75 crore in India and Rs 39 crore overseas. Kartik Aaryan also shared a new poster for the film, highlighting its Monday collection in big letters. He commented that it was “crazy” for the film to earn Rs 17.8 crore even on a Monday. The poster featured Kartik’s character, Rooh Baba, flirting with a ghost.
The film debuted this Friday and faced off against Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. Both movies were shown on over 6,000 screens across the country during the Diwali weekend, making it a highly anticipated box office clash.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, directed by Anees Bazmee, features Kartik Aaryan returning as Rooh Baba, a role he played in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022). The franchise also sees the return of Vidya Balan as Avni/Manjulika from the original 2007 film directed by Priyadarshan. He acknowledged that the clash with Singham Again could have been avoided but emphasized that each film had its own commitments. Kumar also mentioned that the box office figures might have been even higher if Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 had been released alone.
