Rohit Shetty’s 2011 film ‘Singham’, which marked the beginning of his cop universe, introduced us to the brave cop character Bajirao Singham, played by Ajay Devgn. ‘Singham Again‘, which hit theaters during this Diwali, saw Ajay’s iconic comeback as Bajirao. The movie also featured a cameo by Salman Khan as his iconic character Chulbul Pandey.
In a recent interview, Rohit discussed whether he plans to create a standalone movie featuring both Chulbul Pandey and Singham from his cop universe. Rohit and Ajay recently had a chat with Pinkvilla, and the audience was thrilled to imagine Bajirao Singham and Chulbul Pandey (Ajay Devgn and Salman Khan) together in a future movie.

The anticipation heightened when the discussion shifted to whether fans would prefer to see the legendary characters clash or team up. The overwhelming response favored a “versus” showdown, and Ajay Devgn couldn’t hide his smile, responding, “I knew it.”
Rohit reacted that it will take some time to make such a ‘Chulbul vs Singham’ concept. “It’s just been a week since the film (‘Singham Again’) has been released. Give me some time,” he jokingly added.
But Rohit was sure that ‘Chulbul Pandey vs Singham’ would only be a standalone film, not a part of his cop universe.
The post-credit scene of ‘Singham Again’ featured Salman Khan’s Chulbul Pandey, establishing a connection to ‘Singham’ as “Mission Chulbul Singham.” Salman’s entry in the Ajay Devgn starrer made waves in theaters.
‘Singham Again’ also featured Arjun Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
