From Dubai to Delhi, if there’s one name that connects the world through music in today’s day and age it is Diljit Dosanjh. The artist comes from a humble background and started his journey via regional music and cinema, and today he is one of the leading global artists. Thus, when he announced the India leg of his Dil-Luminati tour, it sent waves of contentment all around.

However, Mumbai fans initially felt left out, as earlier, the artist didn’t include the city in his list. But the love of the Mumbai fans soon made Diljit announce his performance in the city. The ticket sale of the same was held yesterday, i.e. on November 22, and you would not believe they were sold out in just ‘50 SECONDS’!
As reported by Free Press Journal, the ticket sale began at 5 pm on Zomato Live on November 22. It was divided into Silver, Gold, Fan Pit, and MIP Lounge: Standing categories. Reports state that the Silver category, where the ticket prize was Rs4,999 each, was sold out in just 50 seconds. The Gold category also didn’t take too long as well; it was sold out in 6 mins. As of now the window on Fan Pit and MIP Lounge: Standing is also getting smaller, which are prized at Rs 21,999 and Rs 60,000 each respectively.
Diljit Dosanjh Mumabi Concert
Diljit Dosanjh’s Mumbai concert, which is a part of his Dil-Luminati India Tour, is scheduled to happen on December 19. Announcing the show in the city, Diljit said “Mumbai is a city like no other—a city of dreams, a city of magic! I am thrilled to finally bring the Dil-Luminati experience to my fans here.”
Interestingly, though the tickets have been sold, the venue for the Mumbai concert hasn’t been announced yet.
Meanwhile, after kickstarting the Dil-Luminati India tour with a mega show in Delhi, Diljit performed in Jaipur, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow. Next on his list is Pune; he will be performing on November 24. Other cities that he will be covering include Kolkata, Bengaluru, Indore, Chandigarh, and Guwahati.
