When and where to watch The Penguin?

The Colin Farrell-starrer crime drama airs on HBO every Sunday starting next week at 6 pm PT/ 8 pm CT/ 9 pm ET. Those who do not have a premium cable service will be able to stream the episodes concurrently on Max.
