Ira Khan has been a constant source of support for her brother Junaid, especially during the release of his debut film, Maharaj. Ira shared a poster of the film on her Instagram story, urging her followers to watch Junaid’s performance.
Ira’s husband Nupur Shikhare, also joined in the celebration by posting a scene from the film featuring Junaid in his role as Karsandas Mulji. Nupur, who watched the film with Ira, expressed his excitement for the movie’s release.
In an interview with India Today, Junaid had said “We don’t really talk about films so much. But I know that Ira (my sister) unconditionally supports me. I’m blessed because I come from a very supportive family. Also, they don’t shy away from saying it like it is”.
