Kangana Ranaut has reportedly purchased a new office space in Mumbai’s Andheri area, according to recent reports. This news comes shortly after claims surfaced that the Emergency actress is selling her large bungalow in Bandra. The office space was purchased for approximately Rs 1.56 crore, although Kangana has not yet commented on the reports.
As per reports, property registration documents accessed by Propstack reveal that Kangana acquired the office on the 19th floor of a building named Arch One.The office space was sold at a rate of Rs 38,391 per square foot on carpet. The transaction took place on August 23, with Kangana paying a stamp duty of Rs 9.37 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
This new purchase follows reports that Kangana has put her Bandra bungalow on the market for Rs 40 crore. The rumor began earlier this month when a YouTube channel called Code Estate shared a video suggesting that a production house office was for sale. While the video did not directly name Kangana, the images and visuals led many viewers to believe it was her property.

Meanwhile, Kangana is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Emergency, where she portrays the role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The film features a star-studded cast, including Milind Soman, Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Mahima Choudhary, and the late Satish Kaushik.
