Directed by Kabir Khan and jointly produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Kabir Khan, ‘Chandu Champion’ tells the inspiring tale of a determined athlete. Kartik portrays Chandu in this film, which is based on the life of Murlikant Petkar, India’s first Paralympic gold medalist in freestyle swimming.
‘Chandu Champion’ also features Vijay Raaz, Brijendra Kala, Rajpal Yadav, and Bhuvan Arora in pivotal roles. This is the first time Kabir and Kartik Aaryan have collaborated on a project.
On the work front, Kartik Aaryan has several upcoming projects. He will star in ‘Bhool Bhulaiyya 3’ alongside Triptii Dimri and Vidya Balan and is also set to appear in an untitled romantic drama directed by Anurag Basu. Additionally, Kartik is expected to have signed on for projects with Vishal Bhardwaj and Dharma Productions.
