Katrina Kaif, who is not only known for her acting and dancing skills but also for being one of the fittest actresses in the film industry, keeps giving us major fitness goals. In a recent interview, her nutritionist Shweta Shah opened up about her diet plans and shared that the actress sticks to homemade food and carries the food with her wherever she travels.
In an interaction with yoga trainer Shlloka, nutritionist Shweta Shah talked about Katrina Kaif’s diet and how she has such a good understanding of her body. The dietitian revealed that Katrina pays close attention to and has a thorough understanding of her body. The actress is not one to take the opinions and blindly follows what the internet is saying.
Shweta further added, “She is someone who wants an answer to everything. She understands food as medicine, the qualities of food, and what impact it has on her body. Since she knows her body well, she only comes to me and asks for certain alternatives, like iron source or which juices to have.”
The ‘Tiger 3’ actress loves Ayurveda, according to the celebrity nutritionist. She even engages in a few self-care practices like oil pulling, shatpavali (taking 100 steps after lunch and dinner), nasal cleaning, and several others.
Speaking about her time spent working with Katrina, Shah recalled that the actress needed to be fed cooling meals because of her pita body. To date, she has consumed black raisins and chewed fennel seeds and she is required to drink ash gourd juice. If that isn’t accessible, Katrina has to have amla juice and mint coriander.
She further added that the actress sleeps and wakes up early and shared, “She only has two meals a day and is not someone who eats every two hours. She sticks to ghar ka khaana, and carries it with her. She is someone who will eat the same kind of food.”
On the work front, Katrina was last seen in ‘Tiger 3’ also starring Salman Khan and Emraan Hashmi in the lead roles.
