While sharing a few words about the film before its release, Hart said, “We have such a good cast. I really do think that the people who are fans of ‘Borderlands’ that have been there since day one, are going to be happy.”
Reacting to critics, he said, “I think for any move that’s made, you’re always going to get doubt and opinions. It is not about proving people wrong, It’s about giving people something good to see. In this case, I can say confidently, that they will have that.”
‘Borderlands’ transports audiences to Pandora, a world ravaged by corporate greed. Hart’s character, Roland, is a former corporate enforcer who switches sides, driven by a newfound sense of justice. Speaking about his character, he stated, “This role is an incredible opportunity for me to step outside my comfort zone. Roland is a leader, a soldier, and a man on a mission to make things right. He’s seen the worst of Pandora and has found a way to rise above it, grounding all the action with a sense of humanity.”
The film directed by Eli Roth, boasts of a star-studded cast including Cate Blanchett, Kevin Hart, Jamie Lee Curtis, Jack Black, Edgar Ramirez, and Ariana Greenblatt. The film promises a thrilling blend of explosive action, unexpected humour, and dynamic chemistry among its characters.
