Speaking of which, Anupamaa fame Aashish Mehrotra has reportedly been evicted from the stunt-based show. Post his elimination, the television actor dropped a heartwarming post for the host Rohit Shetty. It comprises a set of endearing pictures along with an elaborated note.
The emotional note begins with Aashish Mehrotra recalling his experience on the reality show India’s Next Superstar where Rohit Shetty was one of the judges. Aashish wrote, “I saw your @itsrohitshetty presence on “India’s Next Superstar” poster and couldn’t take my eyes off you! And prayed if i could just work with you. And then I performed for you and in front of you for 6 months, and collected all the love and generous comments from you.”
Reflecting on the love he received from the director as they reunited for KKK 14, Aashish continued, “Then I got a chance again…this time, I made it happen for me. I built myself up to share the stage with you AGAIN after six years!! And yesss… I earned your love again with all the warm hugs. You are special to me.” The Anupamaa fame actor concluded by expressing deep respect for the ace director adding that he would want to hold the connection between them for the rest of his life.

Before embarking on the Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 journey, Aashish Mehrotra was essaying a pivotal role in Star Plus’ superhit series Anupamaa. He played Paritosh (Toshu), Anupama’s elder son in the show. Midway through the show, he took an exit to participate in the stunt-based reality show.
According to a report by India Forums, Aditi Sharma and Shilpa Shinde were evicted from the show before Aashish’s elimination.
