Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s new home in Bandra, Mumbai, is finally complete, with various videos and pictures circulating on social media. Over the years, Alia, Ranbir, and his mother, Neetu Kapoor, have frequently visited the under-construction site, and their one-year-old daughter, Raha Kapoor, has also seen her new home.
The photos doing the rounds on social media show that the multi-storeyed building is nearly complete. The six-floor structure is named after Ranbir’s late grandmother, Krishna Raj Kapoor. Its design features a grey and light blue color scheme, along with glass balconies and large windows.

As soon as the photos made their way onto social media, comments poured in from all sides. While one user wrote, ‘Come to Punjabi Bagh or Prithviraj Road in Delhi, this is not a bungalow this is a builder floor’, another one added, ‘Look like office cabins’. A user also commented, ‘Poor choice, it should have garden, natural beauty’.
Earlier this year, a report from Bollywood Life stated that Ranbir plans to name the bungalow after his and Alia’s daughter, Raha, making her the youngest and richest star kid in Bollywood. The new bungalow is said to have cost Rs 250 crore, making it the most expensive celebrity home in Mumbai, surpassing Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa.
There are also speculations that once the bungalow is complete, the entire Kapoor family, including Neetu Kapoor, will live together under one roof. Currently, Alia and Ranbir reside with their daughter, Raha, at their home, Vastu.
