Rajkummar Rao’s wife, Patralekhaa, has addressed the ongoing rumors about her pregnancy, revealing how these speculations have affected her. In a recent interview, Patralekhaa expressed her frustration with the persistent pregnancy rumors, stating that they significantly impact her confidence and public interactions.
The actress admitted to feeling ‘bothered’ by the false claims, particularly when her appearance, such as looking bloated, leads to unwarranted speculation about her expecting a child.“When I look bloated in my belly, I am pregnant but I am a girl and I have days which are not really happy in life. I look the way I want. Initially, I did get bothered about it and I have also stopped reading the comments. I just see my photos and I go to the next,” she shared while speaking to Gallata India.

Patralekhaa also reflected on the broader issue of public scrutiny, noting how critics often find fault with her appearance or choices. “I am like, what is this? They have a problem with what you wear, what you don’t wear or whether your hair is done properly or not. I guess that is what it comes with,” she added.

The actress and Rajkummar Rao, who married on November 15, 2021, have previously worked together in the critically acclaimed film ‘Citylights’ and the web series ‘Bose: Dead/Alive.’ Their relationship has been a source of interest for fans and media alike, and their personal lives often attract significant attention.
Currently, Rajkummar Rao is enjoying the success of his latest film, ‘Stree 2,’ which has received positive reviews since its release on August 15. The film, directed by Amar Kaushik, is a sequel to the 2018 hit ‘Stree.’ It continues the eerie narrative set in the town of Chanderi, now facing a new threat from a malevolent spirit named Sarkata. On the other hand, Patralekhaa will soon be seen in ‘IC814 The Khandahar Hijack.’ It is a series, which revolves around the Indian Airlines flight that was hijacked on Dec 24, 1999, en route Kathmandu-Delhi, diverting to Kandahar under Taliban control.
