The entire nation is somewhere hugely affected with the news of passing away of tycoon Ratan Tata. He passed away at a hospital in Mumbai at the age of 86. As the news came out, netizens and many celebs mourned his demise. Salman Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn among many others, expressed grief. Meanwhile, Ajay was supposed to have an interactive session on X (formerly Twitter) on October 10, at 2pm.
This was a part of the ‘Singham Again‘ promotions.However, as soon as the news came out, he announced that this session will be postponed. The actor first penned a note, expressing sadness on his demise. He wrote, “The world mourns the loss of a visionary. Ratan Tata’s legacy will forever inspire generations. His contributions to India and beyond are immeasurable. We are deeply grateful. Rest in peace, Sir. 🙏”
The actor further announced that the interactive session is cancelled at the moment, in his honour, until further notice. Ajay wrote, “In honor and respect of the late Ratan Tata Sir, we are postponing tomorrow’s #AskAjay until further notice.”
Meanwhile, Salman Khan also wrote on X, “Deeply saddened by the passing of Mr. Ratan Tata.” Actress Simi Garewal who was also dating the business tycoon for a brief period and later continued to remain close friends with him expressed, “hey say you have gone… It’s too hard to bear your loss… too hard… Farewell my friend… #RatanTata.”
