Recently, to celebrate Saif Ali Khan’s 54th birthday on August 16, Kareena Kapoor Khan shared a heartfelt and romantic post. The ‘Crew’ actress posted a series of ‘then-and-now’ pictures that beautifully capture their timeless love. She included vacation photos from their trips to Greece, one from 2007 and another from 2024.Sharing the pictures, Kareena wrote, “Happy birthday to the love of my life, Parthenon 2007 and Parthenon 2024. Who would have thought? As they say, you must keep growing, which we did quite well.”
For those unaware, Saif and Kareena share a special connection to Greece, as it was the place where their love story began. Reportedly, Kareena revealed that Saif first proposed to her in Greece while they were filming ‘Tashan’. She mentioned that he told her, “I think we should get married,” not only in Greece but also in Ladakh. At the time, she responded that she wasn’t saying no but rather that she wanted to get to know him better.
Kareena Kapoor married Saif Ali Khan in a private ceremony in 2012. Saif was married to Amrita Singh for thirteen years before divorcing her in 2004. Together, they had two kids: Ibrahim Ali Khan and Sara Ali Khan. Kareena and Saif have two sons, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan.
On the work front, Kareena will be next seen in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’, which also stars Ajay Devgn, Arjun Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, and Ranveer Singh in the lead roles.
