Saif Ali Khan, who recently made his Tollywood debut with the Jr NTR-starrer Devara, recently opened up about his childhood. The actor, who is portraying the antagonist in the Koratala Siva movie, disclosed that he was a very mischievous child. Recalling what one of his mother’s friends had said to him after seeing his young son running around in a flight, he remarked, “Karmicly, I deserve kids as naughty as me.”
During a conversation with India Today, Saif Ali Khan shared, “I was extremely naughty.” He disclosed, his mother had the desire to write a book on him.“The book would have the title, ‘Oh Saif’”, said the actor. “I have done some very naughty things,” he added.
Saif recalled a recent incident and shared, “I was in a flight once with a friend of my mom’s. And she was watching one of the boys running around and she was shaking her head, and I said, ‘What?’ And she said, ‘If he is anything like you, you are in a lot of trouble.’ She says, ‘You don’t know what all you have done. Karmically, I probably deserve it. But, I am lucky. None of them are as naughty at their worst.” The actor further added, “I keep telling the boys, ‘You are so much more sorted than I was. So, its fine in that sense.”
During a ‘Koffee With Karan’ episode, Sharmila Tagore disclosed one of Saif’s numerous naughty childhood activities. She remembered how Saif skipped classes to hang out with a girl, “He didn’t go to the university, he asked the air hostess out and they went off somewhere.” Saif Ali Khan has four kids from two marriages. Along with his first wife, Amrita Singh, he has a son, Ibrahim Ali Khan, and a daughter, Sara Ali Khan. He has two boys with his second wife, Kareena Kapoor.
On the work front, Saif Ali Khan recently marked his Tollywood debut. The actor is yet to officially announce his new project. However, there have been reports doing the rounds stating that the actor will be part of ‘Race 4’, alongside Sidharth Malhotra. Reportedly, he has also signed a film with Priyadarshan, among others.
