Baba Siddique, the man was not only famous for his political work but for his unbreakable bonds of friendship. Today, as the respected veteran NCP leader isn’t among us, a hard-to-fill, huge void is created. His demise has left everyone devastated, including his close friend and Bollywood actor Salman Khan.
Salman Khan and Baba Siddique have been close friends for over two decades.Bollywood’s ‘Sultan’ always made a point to grace Siddique’s annual Iftar parties. They stood by one another in every thick and thin. Thus, it wasn’t easy for Salman Khan to see and pay his respects to the mortal remains of his close friend.
Despite the threats made directly to Salman Khan by the infamous Lawrence Bishnoi gang, the actor arrived at Siddique’s residence to stand in solidarity with the grieving family. Though reportedly he was constantly on call with Zeeshan (Baba Siddique’s son), overlooking funeral arrangements, he couldn’t stay at his house during the difficult times. He arrived at the Siddique’s residence in his black car with tight security. A cop vehicle closely followed Salman’s car. When the actor was leaving the house, making his way through the large crowd, he was seen teary-eyed.
While the actor didn’t utter a word, his eyes spoke for the sadness and distress.
A couple of hours before Salman’s arrival, his family members – Sohail Khan, Arpita Kha, Alvira, and others came to pay a visit to the Siddique residence to pay their respects to the late NCP leader.
Following the heartbreaking news and the direct threats made by Lawrence Bishnoi gang to Salman Khan, the actor has enhanced his security. According to the India Today report, a close source confirmed that the actor and his family have canceled all personal meetings amid the ongoing situation. Even Salman’s friends have been refrained from meeting him.
