Sara Ali Khan and her mother Amrita Singh have expanded their real estate portfolio by purchasing two additional commercial office spaces in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a total of Rs 22.26 crore.
According to registration documents accessed by FloorTap.com, the mother-daughter duo acquired two units on the ninth floor of the Signature Building, located off Veera Desai Road, from Veer Savarkar Projects Private Limited.
Each unit has an agreement value of Rs 11.13 crore, with a stamp duty of Rs 66.8 lakh. The built-up area of each office is 2,099 square feet, and the carpet area spans 1,905 square feet. The transaction, which includes three parking spaces, was registered on October 10, 2024.
In July 2023, Sara and Amrita had already purchased another office in the same building on the fourth floor, worth Rs 9 crore, paying a stamp duty of Rs 41.01 lakh. The previous seller was Aishwarya Property and Estates Pvt Ltd.

Sara Ali Khan was unavailable for comment on this latest real estate acquisition. Sara is the daughter of actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh. Her parents got separated in 2004. She has a younger brother Ibrahim Ali Khan, who is now gearing up for his debut as an actor. He has already assisted Karan Johar in the directorial Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.
On the work front, Sara was last seen as Usha Mehta in the historical biographical film Ae Watan Mere Watan, that revolves around India’s struggle for freedom in 1942. It is written and directed by Kannan Iyer and produced by Karan Johar, also starring Alexx O’Nell and Emraan Hashmi. The film is streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
