Actors Rahul Dev and Shah Rukh Khan have a shared educational background, having both attended St. Columba’s School in New Delhi, where Shah Rukh was Rahul’s senior.
In a recent interview, Rahul reminisced about their school days and praised the exceptional talents of the King Khan. During his conversation with Mamaraazi, Rahul Dev shared that their school was the first in the country to introduce computers, and there was an aptitude test for selection, with only 20 kids chosen.
Dev added that Shah Rukh Khan was one of those selected and that he took the lead in serious musicals.He noted that Shah Rukh had always been involved in theater and excelled academically, stating he had never seen Shah Rukh come in second in any sport. He characterized him as not just a boring nerd but the true definition of “cool.” Rahul also emphasized that Shah Rukh was not a spoiled brat, but rather a graced child.
In another interview with Connect FM Canada, Dev reminisced about his school days with Shah Rukh Khan in New Delhi. Dev revealed that they had known each other since their time at St. Columba’s School, where they played on the same cricket team, with SRK as the wicket-keeper and Rahul as the fast bowler.
Dev shared that Shah Rukh was his senior, and recalled the year when SRK earned the prestigious Sword of Honour, an award given to the best all-round student. Dev also highlighted Shah Rukh’s exceptional talent in sports, excelling in football, hockey, cricket, and nearly every game during their school days.
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for his next film, reportedly titled ‘King.’ Recently, a leading portal reported that SRK, Siddharth, and Sujoy have roped in Abhishek Bachchan to play the antagonist in the film.
