Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan who is all set to step into Bollywood with his directorial debut show, ‘Stardom‘, has purchased a luxury property in Delhi worth Rs 37 crore.
As per the documents accessed by The Economic Times, Aryan Khan has purchased two floors in Panchsheel Park, South Delhi, for Rs 37 crore. The report states that the family already owns the basement and ground floor of the building, where Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan lived during their early days.
The report further stated that the transaction for Aryan Khan’s purchase was registered in May 2024, with a stamp duty of Rs 2.64 crore paid. According to the report, Aryan’s mother, Gauri Khan, a renowned interior designer, designed the house, which holds emotional significance for the couple as it is the city where they first met.
Reportedly, Shah Rukh Khan owns a heritage villa in Panchsheel Park that spans 27,000 sq ft. He purchased the property in 2001 for over Rs 13 crore, and it is now estimated to be worth around Rs 200 crore.
On the work front, Aryan Khan is all set to step into Bollywood with his directorial debut show, Stardom. The show will feature Lakshya as one of the main leads. Additionally, Bobby Deol and Mona Kapoor are reported to play significant roles, with Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh making cameo appearances.
