Who doesn’t remember the Star Plus show Shaka Laka Boom Boom where the main character Sanju (Kinshuk Vaidya) would get out of a crisis with the help of his magical pencil? Well, Kinshuk has grown up and is set to tie the knot with his longtime girlfriend. Ahead of their special day, pictures of their pre-wedding ceremonies such as Haldi and Mehendi have surfaced on the internet.
Kinshuk Vaidya, who played Sanju will marry his longtime girlfriend, Diiksha Nagpal today, November 22. While the actor did not announce his wedding, his friends have shared some vibrant clips from the Haldi function. A previous report by Entertainment Times suggested that the ceremonies are taking place in Alibaug.
The pictures featured the happy couple smiling ear to ear, dressed in traditional mustard-coloured Marathi outfits. While Kinshuk donned a kurta paired with white pajamas, his fiance Diiksha looked elegant in a simple drape. The flower jewellery she wore on the head and necklace added grace to the ensemble.
For those who do not know, Kinshuk and Diiksha got engaged in August this year. The Shaka Laka Boom Boom actor had earlier revealed his love story during an interview with Pinkvilla. He met Diiksha, who is a choreographer in 2015 through work. They remained friends for a long time before falling in love.
Kinshuk said, “Over time, we realized our understanding and outlook on life were in sync, which is extremely important for any lasting relationship. That’s when we decided to take our friendship to the next level, and we finalized the date for our engagement.” while taking to the portal.
Talking about his lady love, he said that Diiksha has a very soothing presence on him even though he is the calmer and quieter one. He also added that she brings clarity to his mind and heart. “It is remarkable how she always knows just what to say to bring me peace,” said Kinshuk.
Apart from Shaka Laka Boom Boom, Kinshuk Vaidya has been a part of popular television shows such as Ek Rishta Saajhedari Ka, Jaat Na Poocho Prem Ki, and Woh Toh Hai Albelaa.
