The internet has clearly gone overboard with rumours and speculations about Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s divorce. There are people who also feel that the Bachchan family has been completely ignoring Aishwarya as even Amitabh Bachchan doesn’t talk about his ‘bahu’ or her achievements. It all started when at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding, Aishwarya and her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan walked in separately and not with the entire Bachchan family.
A user named Jagruuk Jantaa dropped a video criticising Bachchan for having different behaviour and rules towards his daughter and his daughter-in-law. However, Simi Garewal, who’s a family friend of the Bachchans, came to Big B’s defence and dropped a comment on this video. Reddit users were instant to point this out. Simi slammed these trolls as she commented, “You people don’t know ANYTHING. Stop it.”
Aishwarya and Abhishek have maintained a very dignified silence on these rumours. The actress was recently in Paris for an event organised by a brand she endorses. She was accompanied by her daughter Aaradhya. The actress silently slammed the divorce rumours as she was seen with her wedding ring again, hinting that all’s well between her and Abhishek. Aishwarya and Aaradhya are now back in Mumbai after attending the event in Paris which also saw Alia Bhatt.
On work front, Aishwarya was last seen in Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’. Meanwhile, Abhishek has begun shooting for his next ‘Housefull 5’, post which he is expected to begin work on Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘King’.
