Sonakshi Sinha recently married her long-term boyfriend, Zaheer Iqbal, in a private ceremony at her apartment in Bandra. Following their wedding, the couple enjoyed a brief honeymoon in Singapore before Sonakshi resumed promoting her film, ‘Kakuda’. Recently, Sonakshi responded when asked why she didn’t take a longer break.
Speaking to The Indian Express, Sonakshi mentioned that she had just gotten married and gone on her honeymoon, reflecting on everything she had done.Now back to work, she expressed her enjoyment in promoting ‘Kakuda’, which also features Riteish Deshmukh and Saqib Saleem.
Discussing the horror-comedy film ‘Kakuda’, Sonakshi expressed that the script came to her and she found it incredibly enjoyable to read. Despite not typically liking horror films, she was entertained by the humor infused into this particular script. She praised director Aditya for his adeptness in handling the genre, noting his skill in knowing when to scare the audience and when to make them laugh. According to her, his understanding of the genre was fantastic, and it was a pleasure for her to work with someone so well-versed in it for her first time in this genre.
Sonakshi further expressed that she had a blast working on the film. It was a step out of her comfort zone and something new for her, which she thoroughly enjoyed. She mentioned being open to doing it again because of how much fun it was. When she likes something, she doesn’t hesitate or make others wait. If she’s excited about it, she goes all-in. That was her approach with this film as well.
