Earlier in the day, social media captured Sonakshi Sinha’s mother, Poonam Sinha, stepping out of her Ramayana bungalow elegantly dressed for her daughter’s wedding.
In the video that was circulating on social media, the Sinha residence was seen illuminated with fairy lights, signaling the beginning of the couple’s pre-wedding festivities.
The ambiance at the Ramayana bungalow exuded warmth and festivity as preparations for the wedding continued. The atmosphere was further enhanced by the prohibition against wearing red, adhering to the event’s formal and festive dress code.
Earlier, Honey Singh landed in Mumbai to join Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s wedding. The singer, who had previously mentioned he would be in the city for his ‘best friend’s’ wedding, is set to participate in the celebrations tonight at Bastian Restaurant.
As he arrived in Mumbai, the singer interacted with the media, where he happily said, “Bina daaru piye naachunga.”
When it came to the ceremony, in an interview, Iqbal Ratansi, the father of the groom, disclosed details about the union, emphasizing its secular nature. He clarified that the wedding would not feature Hindu or Muslim rituals, affirming it to be a civil marriage. Iqbal Ratansi also emphasized that Sonakshi would not undergo religious conversion, highlighting the couple’s stance that “religion has no role to play” in their union.
