According to Sacnilk, Stree 2 is expected to earn Rs 16.50 crore on its ninth day, bringing its total collection to an impressive Rs 308.15 crore. The film continues to attract audiences, maintaining around 20 percent occupancy in theaters, which is a remarkable feat.
Box Office India reports that Stree 2, directed by Amar Kaushik and featuring Abhishek Banerjee, Pankaj Tripathi, with special appearances by Varun Dhawan and Tamannaah Bhatia, is competing with big names like Pathaan, Jawan, Gadar 2, and Animal. Surprisingly, Stree 2 has outperformed these films in several regions, especially in the core Hindi circuits. It has also surpassed Gadar 2 in South and East India, with the exception of Bihar.

Despite the benefit of a holiday week, Stree 2’s success is attributed to its strong appeal, managing to collect Rs 308 crore nett, far beyond what other films like Khel Khel Mein and Vedaa could achieve during similar periods.
The film is well on its way to crossing the Rs 450 crore nett mark, and the question now is how much higher it can go. Comparisons with Animal, which nearly reached Rs 500 crore nett in Hindi, suggest that while Stree 2 may trail Animal in the second and third weeks, it doesn’t face any major competition like Animal did with the release of Dunki and Salaar. This could give Stree 2 an edge in maintaining its strong box office run.
