Sushant Singh Rajput's sister Shweta Singh Kirti performs a special pooja on his fourth death anniversary | Filmymeet

Today, June 14, marks the fourth death anniversary of the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The tragic and sudden demise of the beloved actor on June 14, 2020, left the entire nation in shock and mourning. As the world remembers his extraordinary talent and vibrant personality, his sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, performed a special pooja in his memory, reiterating that his untimely death continues to be shrouded in mystery.
Shweta performed a pooja in remembrance of her brother, and also to pray for his soul’s peace. She also penned a heartbreaking message on SSR’s death anniversary. Taking to her Instagram, Shweta Singh Kirti, posted a throwback video of SSR with his sisters. In the note she also stressed that though it has been 4 years, SSR’s death remains a mystery.
Check out the post here.

“Bhai, it has been 4 years since you left us, and we still don’t know what transpired on June 14, 2020. Your death remains a mystery. I feel helpless and have pleaded with the authorities countless times for the truth. I’m losing my patience and feel like giving up. But today, for one last time, I want to ask everyone who can help with the case to put your hand on your heart and ask yourself: don’t we deserve to know what happened to our brother Sushant? Why has it become a political agenda? Why can’t it be as straightforward as stating what was found that day and what is believed to have happened? PLEASE, I am requesting and pleading—help us move forward as a family. Give us the closure we deserve,” she said in the note.
Meanwhile, earlier this month Shweta Singh Kirti visited Kedarnath shrine, which SSR was very fond of, and offered prayers. “The day was incredibly emotional; as soon as I landed in Kedarnath, tears began to flow. I walked for a while but eventually had to sit down and cry my heart out, feeling his presence all around me. I felt an overwhelming urge to hug him. I sat and meditated where he had meditated, and in those moments, I felt he was still with me, within me, living through me. It felt as if he had never left,” Shweta said.

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai residence on June 14, 2020. While initial investigation by Mumbai police suspected suicide, social media users alleged foul play. Since his death, Shweta has been fervently fighting for justice.
