On the other hand, the couple made a rare public appearance with their two kids Akaay and Vamika.
The couple, who is currently in London, spending time together after Virat’s cricket tournament, was spotted by fans while on a day out around town. Dressed in comfy casual attire, the cricketer and his actress wife were spotted stopping by a flower shop to let baby Akaay enjoy the colours.
Vamika, who was also with the two, could not be seen in the clip as reportedly behind the tree.
Virat and Anushka, known for their preference to keep their private life away from the limelight, have been particularly discreet about sharing images of their daughter and son on social media. While the couple has shared photos with Vamika, without showing her face, they have not posted a single pic of baby Akaay, since his birth in February 2024.
In a heartwarming video that quickly went viral, Virat was seen carrying Akaay in his arms while Anushka walked with Vamika. The internet has since been buzzing with excitement over the spotting, however, there were some who slammed the fans for filming the couple and their children, despite the two expressing their wishes to keep the little ones away from the media glare.
Virat and Anushka have previously spoken about their desire to protect their daughter and son’s privacy. Following the birth of their son, the couple even sent out special hampers to the paparazzi, requesting them to avoid taking photos of their kids.
This video comes just days after Virat and Anushka were spotted attending a prayer meet in London. While the couple has not yet made things official, rumours are rife that they have decided to move to the UK.
