Vicky made a powerful debut with Masaan, and since then, there’s been no looking back. However, during a chat with Hauterfly, he revealed that he had auditioned for a role in the Farhan Akhtar starrer Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.He admitted that it was a disaster.
He recalled, “First big audition was Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. I was auditioning for Milkha’s friend’s part. And it was horrible. I couldn’t act. They tried their best but I couldn’t act and that night I was like ‘Bro, tu pakka issi field mein aana chahta hai na. After that was my realisation thing and I started doing theatres and started learning the craft because I was so scared ki mujhe kaam hi nahi aata apna.”

Marking 12 years in the industry, Vicky shared how he began his career. He posted a picture comparing his early audition days to his successful present, saying, “This day, 12 years apart… nothing is overnight. Ever so grateful for all your love and blessings.”
