Vicky Kaushal’s latest film, ‘Bad Newz’, is creating a buzz among both fans and industry insiders. Co-starring with Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk, Kaushal forms part of a dynamic trio set to deliver an unconventional and humorous narrative.
As anticipation builds ahead of the film’s release, the creators have unveiled a behind-the-scenes (BTS) video that has rapidly gained popularity. The video features Vicky Kaushal playfully recreating John Abraham’s iconic pool scene from ‘Dostana‘, showcasing his abs and adding a nostalgic and entertaining twist to the film’s promotion.

According to the News18 report, in a recent interview, Vicky Kaushal shared his enthusiasm for the film and his experience working on it. “For me, shooting this film was like home because Anand Tiwari and Karan Johar, the people I worked with, exuded that feel-good vibe, and the script was very good. I found the concept of the film new, and the kind of humour it has, even though I haven’t explored the comedy genre that much as an actor,” said the ‘URI’ actor. He expressed how the positive energy on set helped him embrace the comedy genre, which was relatively new to him.
Vicky elaborated on the supportive environment created by the cast and crew, noting, “It was something new for me too and the kind of energy that you need to show in the scenes is what I got on the sets. I was working with a family, which was important because I hadn’t done much in the comedy genre before and a lot of it was new to me. So, without thinking much, I jumped into it.”

‘Bad Newz’, directed by Anand Tiwari, is a romantic comedy that promises to deliver a unique and entertaining storyline. The film’s trailer has already piqued interest with its unusual plot: Triptii Dimri’s character finds herself pregnant with twins from two different fathers, portrayed by Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk. This quirky premise has sparked curiosity and discussions, setting the stage for what many expect to be a highly entertaining film.
