Vijay is awaiting the release of his film ‘GOAT‘ aka ‘Greatest of All Time’ which is set to release in theatres on September 5. Directed by Venkat Prabhu, the movie is an action entertainer based on science fiction and the film apart from Tamil, is also said to release in Telugu and Hindi.
‘GOAT’ is considered to be the last before film of actor Vijay before he steps into the shoes of a full time politician.The actor recently launched his political party and will be contesting in the Tamil Nadu state elections in 2026. After watching ‘GOAT’, Vijay revealed that he wished he had not announced his retirement already. Seeing his reaction, the actor’s fans were all happy and excited for the film and many took to social media to request the distribution houses to release the film in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu even in North India.
The distribution house took to social media to announce that the film will be released in North India in all three languages. ‘GOAT’ features Vijay, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prashanth, Ajmal Ameer, Sneha, Laila, Prabhudeva, Mohan, Jayaram, Vaibhav, Premgi, Ajai Raj, and Aravind Akash. It is also reported that late actor and politician Vijayakanth will appear in the film with the help of AI technology.
The film’s technical crew consists of music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematographer Siddhartha Nuni, and editor Venkat Raajen. As part of promotions, the movie makers have already launched three songs.
