Virat Kohli recently celebrated his birthday on November 5. The ace cricketer is currently in Mumbai with his wife Anushka Sharma and his kids. This year, was even more special for him, because Virat became a father for the second time in February and it was his first birthday with son Akaay around. Anushka and Virat were spotted in the city at some brand event and they also had a fun interaction there.
During this chat session at the event, Virat was asked by host Gaurav Kapoor about his birthday celebration. He was asked if he’s getting wiser with every birthday and responding to it, he said, “I don’t know about being wiser, but I am older for sure.” Talking about how he spent his birthday, Virat revealed, “This was probably the most chilled-out birthday I have had through all these years. It was just Anushka (Sharma) and our two kids at home. It was very relaxed.”
Kohli further added that this birthday of his, was all around his daughter Vamika. “This birthday was basically for my daughter. Happens so when you have kids.”
Virat is such a family man and a doting father. This was also proven by Anushka as she shared Akaay’s first picture with Virat on his birthday. The cricketer could be seen holding both his children and playing with them. Anushka just shared this picture with a heart emoji on Virat’s birthday and that said it all.
Earlier, Virat had spoken about how everything comes to a standstill for him when it comes to his daughter. “You would be so rigid for so many other things, but when it comes to that little human, you are like ‘BAM’,” he said further agreeing to the fact that Vamika has got him around her little finger.
