After losing his mother, a haenyeo, to a tragic weather mishap, Cho Yong Pil (Ji Chang Wook) vows to become a weather forecaster to safeguard his hometown’s elders from similar fates. His uncompromising dedication and refusal to tolerate misinformation have earned him a reputation as a stubborn troublemaker at work. Meanwhile, Cho Sam Dal (Shin Hye Sun), who grew up alongside Yong Pil in the small town of Samdalri, escapes to Seoul, rebranding herself as Cho Eun Hye. After years of struggling as an assistant in the fashion photography industry, she finally reaches the top, only to see her success crumble unexpectedly. Returning to Samdalri, where she is still known as Sam Dal, she reunites with Yong Pil. Despite their estrangement caused by past events, old feelings resurface, rekindling their once inseparable bond.
