Mr Perfectionist expressed his distaste for films that rely heavily on violence and sex. He mentioned that cinema should be a form of entertainment that can engage audiences in various ways. Aamir stated his preference for movies that entertain in a clean and wholesome manner, avoiding excessive violence and exploitation of sex.
He explained that certain emotions are easy to provoke in audiences. According to him, directors who struggle with storytelling often depend on these elements to make their films successful. He further mentioned that such filmmakers think the more they put violence and sex in a film, the better its chances of success. He called it a bad habit and stated that there is a chance it might get acceptance sometimes. Aamir emphasized that actors have a moral responsibility to prevent their films from negatively impacting the younger generation.
On the work front, Aamir Khan is busy shooting for his next film, ‘Sitaare Zameen Par.’
