Ajay Devgn and Kajol are one of the most adored star couples in Bollywood. The duo’s love story is all about finding a great companion in each other. A few years ago, Ajay Devgn has opened up about his decision to marry fellow actress Kajol.
Rather than painting a perfect fairytale, Ajay spoke about how they connected on a deeper level. In an earlier conversation with a YouTube, the actor revealed that though he cannot pinpoint on what led to him deciding to pop the question to Kajol, the key reason was that they got along very well.
Devgn recalled that both of them started to see each other, ‘without even proposing’, and eventually they tied the knot. The ‘Maidaan’ actor who is known for his quiet and serious demeanour, certainly found a balance when he met Kajol.
Rather than weaving a fairytale love story, they grew into their relationship through mutual respect and understanding. The two actors first met on the sets of the 1995 film “Hulchul,” but it wasn’t love at first sight. Over time, as they worked on multiple films together, they developed a friendship that eventually blossomed into love.
The Singham star also expressed that their thoughts are similar, and their model seem to gel together. “It just went in a flow,” he said.
Ajay and Kajol are parents to their two wonderful children – Nysa Devgn and Yug Devgn, and they are indeed leading their happily ever after!
