As ‘Chennai Express‘ marked its 11th anniversary today, an old video, featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone began doing the rounds on social media. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film achieved massive success, breaking box office records and securing a special place in fans’ hearts. Reflecting on this milestone, a humorous moment from the film’s promotion resurfaced online that saw Shah Rukh affectionately referring to Deepika as a “sweet giraffe”.
Khan revealed the cute reason behind the nick name and it was not because of her height, but her unique dance style in the song.He joked that her movements reminded him of sped-up safari videos and added that she is indeed a very sweet giraffe.
When Deepika was asked about her favourite song from the film, she picked ‘Titli’, saying it made her feel like she could jump and dance like a butterfly.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh and Deepika last appeared together in ‘Jawan’ and also featured together in ‘Pathaan’.
On the work front, SRK will be seen in the upcoming film, ‘King’, alongside his daughter Suhana Khan, Abhay Verma, and Abhishek Bachchan. The action thriller, which will be filmed in both India and internationally, explores the mentor-disciple relationship and their struggle for survival in intense situations.

The film boasts a star-studded ensemble cast, including Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, and Jackie Shroff. ‘Singham Again’ is slated for release this Diwali.
