Talking to Free Press Journal, Pashmina, while opening up on the same, she said, ‘Yes, of course, I had his advice on how to improve as a performer and how to be better in life overall.’
In another interview to Mid-day, Pashmina, who is the daughter of music composer Rajesh Roshan, reacted to the pressure of expectations placed on her while marking her debut with ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’.
Regarding her cousin, Pashmina stated that it’s challenging to match the performance of Hrithik in his debut film. She said she occasionally listens to her father’s songs and thinks if she can ever match up to his art. The actress said, “I don’t see it as pressure as much as a dream to work towards.”
Pashmina also shared her thoughts on carrying forward a legacy. She said, “Hrithik stands for his own values while carrying forward the family legacy. I hope I’m able to do the same. I want to create work that I am proud of. I am nervous. It’s nervousness filled with happiness though.”
A few days ago, the much anticipated ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’ trailer was released by the producers. The movie depicts the story of modern love. In the trailer, Pashmina and Rohit are shown breaking up with their partners and later discovering that they are drawn to one another.
Hrithik took to his Instagram and reacted to the trailer. He penned, “O!! This Was Amazing ! The plot. It’s New ! I Love It ! ” On the other hand, his girlfriend Saba Azad wrote, “Its out and its out!! Watch my pashoo’s trailer nowwww!!” Go baby girl!! Can’t waaaait aaaaaa (smile emojis) @pashminaroshan.”
Ishq Vishk Rebound also features Kusha Kapila, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Akarsh Khurana, Shilpa Vishal Shetty, Shataf Figar, Anita Kulkarni, and Sheeba Chadda in significant roles.
Directed by Nipun Avinash Dharmadhikari and produced by Ramesh Taurani and Jaya Taurani, ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’ will hit the theatres on June 21, 2024.
