Is Ajay Devgn and Tabu’s Auron Mein Kaha Dum Tha getting postponed ? | Hindi Movie News Filmymeet

Ajay Devgn began the year with a bang with Shaitaan, which went on to become one of the biggest hit of the year. He then followed it up with the long delayed Maidaan which got limited success at the box office, but garnered rave reviews. He was then supposed to be seen with Tabu in Neeraj Pandey’s Auron Mein Kaha Dum Tha. The film was slated to release on 5th July, but it now seems like the film is expected to get pushed ahead from its scheduled date.
Sources believe that one of the main reasons for this move is the stupendous response to Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD which stars names like Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas and Deepika Padukone. The film, in just 4 days in India, has crossed the Rs 300 crore mark and even on Monday the film is holding strong.
Auron Mein Kaha Dum Tha is expected to move ahead by a couple of weeks, the source added. 5th July was already a packed date, with Karan Johar’s Kill and Janhvi Kapoor’s Uljah releasing with Auron, hence Ulajh was the first one to move to a later date, thus leaving Auron clashing with Kill. However, now it seems Kill is going to solo release for the week, as our sources revealed that the film is going ahead as per schedule . Kill stars newcomer Lakshya, Raghav Juyal and Tanya Maniktala.
