Ajay Devgn and the makers of ‘Auron Mein Kya Dum Tha’ had announced a while ago that they are postponing the release of the film from July 5. This decision was taken on the request of the exhibitors and distributors as ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ is doing exceptionally well at the box office. The trade and the industry did want want both the films to be affected by each other, hence, the makers of ‘Auron Mein Kya Dum Tha’ had pushed its release date.
The statement read, “Dear friends, on request of the exhibitors and the distribution fraternity, we have collectively decided to shift the release date of our film, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha… New Release date to be announced soon.”

Fans got excited as soon as the new release date was announced. Netizens are excited to see Ajay and Tabu team up again. Next week, Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Sarfira’ is releasing and Ajay being close friends with Akshay, would not want to clash the film with him. This could also be one of the reason why the film is straight away pushed to next month.
‘Auron Mein Kya Dum Tha’ is a musical love story directed by Neeraj Pandey. MM Keeravani has helmed the film’s music. Fans are looking forward to seeing this on-screen pair in a love story, especially after their ‘mouse and cat’ kind of equation as Vijay Salgaonkar and Meera Deshmukh in the ‘Drishyam’ franchise!
