Anant Ambani, the youngest scion of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika Merchant, daughter of business magnate Viren A. Merchant and Shaila Viren Merchant, exchanged vows on July 12, in a grand ceremony held at Mumbai’s Jio World Convention Center. The wedding, preceded by an engagement last year, garnered significant attention not only for its opulence but also for the extravagant gifts bestowed upon Anant’s closest friends.
Anant Ambani reportedly gifted his groomsmen exclusive luxury watches valued at ₹2 crore each. The revelation surfaced through a Reddit post, detailing that Anant had commissioned a bespoke series of 25 limited edition Audemars Piguet timepieces known as the Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar Luminary Edition. Among the fortunate recipients were renowned personalities such as Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, Shikhar Pahariya, Veer Pahariya, and Meezaan Jafri, among others, as disclosed in various social media updates and celebrity interactions.

Described as an 18k rose gold marvel, the Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar Luminary Edition features a distinctive rose gold dial adorned with black sub-dials. Moreover, the collective value of these bespoke gifts reached a staggering ₹50 crore.
The nuptial affair itself was a star-studded spectacle, graced by a constellation of luminaries from the film industry including Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, and a galaxy of Bachchans comprising Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, and Amitabh Bachchan.
