Actress Patralekhaa recently spoke about her special bonding with co-star Vijay Varma while working on the Anubhav Sinha-directed series ‘IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack’.
Speaking with Filmygyan, the actress shared some happy memories from her first meeting with the hunk, whom she regarded as “bohot acha ladka” (a very good guy). She revealed that her professional relationship with the actor began with a short audition some years back, and went on to transform into a strong friendship as they got in touch again on the set of a YouTube series called ‘Cheers’, shot in Goa.
Patralekhaa recalled her time with the actor saying, “Hum Goa mein the aur tab friendship ka bond humare beech mei hua.Vijay bohot acha ladka hai. He is a very good artist.”
She further emphasized how working with Vijay proved to be an enriching experience not merely in terms of growth as an actor but also a long-term friendship.
‘IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack’, is a six-episode series, inspired by the real-life hijacking of the Indian Airlines flight in 1999. The series also starred Kumud Mishra, Naseeruddin Shah, Pankaj Kapur, and others in significant roles.
