Ritiesh Deshmukh recently completed 20 years in the business, his debut film Tujhe Meri Kasam saw him paired up with his now wife Genelia D’Souza. The man is currently in the best phase of his career, as he has multiple projects in the pipeline, not only as an actor, but also as a director. He was recently seen making his OTT debut with Pill, for which he is getting a lot of praise.He will next be seen in Raid 2 with Ajay Devgn, which will be followed by Housefull 5, Dhamaal 4 and Masti 4.

In an exclusive interview with ETimes, Riteish opened up about the biggest learning of his career that has provided the longevity to his path. He said, “The biggest learning of my career is to be honest with your work, be on time and be easy to work with. If you have these three things, you will constantly have work, and these will also cushion you when you will go through bad phases. No actor will escape a bad phase .. bigger actors will have bigger drops and bigger resurrections.”
Riteish is making his way on television as the host of Marathi Big Boss, he also revealed what he will pick up from his old friend and current host of Bigg Boss, Salman Khan. He said , “ I’ll take his honesty. He is very honest, but I’m not saying that his ‘himself’ is my ‘himself’. I cannot be him ..his attitude cannot be my attitude, he has his own style and swag.”
